Make sure the Linkr plugin is enabled in Administrator » Extensions » Plugin Manager » Content - Linkr. If it is, then there probably is a conflict with one of your content plugins. Check to see if you have other content plugins that do not work, then head to the support page and give a short list of which content plugins are currently enabled on your web site.
